The Loudoun Freedom Foundation will lead a historic 90 minute chronological walking tour between two former plantations (Coton & Belmont Plantation), retracing the steps and stops of Loudoun’s enslaved community. After the tour there will be a dedication of the Loudoun African Burial Ground at Belmont.
